Mary Anusha Chandrakumar (Zemira) is a devoted follower of Christ with a deep passion for encouraging and uplifting women through God’s love. She is an IMBA graduate from Buckinghamshire New University, UK, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management from Edhat International, UK. She also holds a BBS from India. Anusha is the visionary founder and senior editor of Zemira Magazine, equipping her to lead with excellence in both ministry and business. Born and raised in Colombo, Sri Lanka, she serves as a worship leader, interpreter, motivational speaker, versatile Christian writer and songwriter, and businesswoman who is actively involved in her father’s business.

Her ministry extends globally through International Online Prayer Conferences, which have touched countless lives by leading people into a deeper, more intimate walk with God. With a confirmed calling as an upcoming Christian director, Mary Anusha continues to step boldly into new creative avenues, using her gifts to glorify God and share His love with the world.

Passionate about service, she is actively engaged in social work, demonstrating Christ’s compassion through tangible acts of kindness and care for those in need. Recently, God opened a new chapter in her journey with the launch of Zemira Magazine, a platform focused on inspiring and equipping women worldwide. Through this initiative, Mary Anusha seeks to help women draw closer to God, embrace their unique purpose, and shine His light in every area of life.

Beyond her ministry, Mary Anusha enjoys exploring her creative side through fabric painting and cooking. She loves experimenting with healthy recipes that blend Continental and Asian flavours, and she has curated her own collection of wholesome dishes, which she joyfully shares to promote healthier living.
